DoorStat Services: DoorStat provides automated demographic and customer experience technology that analyzes customers through video-based software. Demographics include gender, age, and ethnicity. Customer experience includes general sentiment (e.g. positive, neutral, negative). Wait Time includes the number of minutes a customer had a unique experience. Data insights will be shared through custom reports and an administrative web portal.
Pilot Program Period: Client will receive DoorStat Services, where applicable, for up to 30 days. This period will begin upon the first day of applicable data collection.
Areas of Interest: DoorStat and Client will determine the optimal areas of interest and sensors to utilize for the pilot period. Clients are encouraged to connect to as many areas as possible. A separate onboarding form and process will be completed to fully activate the DoorStat Services.
Pricing (Post-Pilot): Clients will receive the Demographics and Customer Experience services with pricing of $100/month/sensor. Premium services for customer wait times, data audits, and custom reporting services have prices ranging from $50-$400/month/sensor, where applicable. Billing begins after the Pilot Program Period has ended.
Data Ownership: All client-specific data and analyses are for the exclusive and proprietary use of client.
Acceptance: The purpose of the pilot program is to initiate a relationship between DoorStat and the client with minimal risk, cost, and delay. DoorStat is committed to proving the value of its services through the pilot period with the view of a long-term client relationship in mind. There is no long-term commitment associated to this Pilot Program.
